Investment New Zealand is proud to welcome Brad Jones to the team, as Senior Investment Manager, Americas.

Brad, a graduate of Kellogg and Duke, is a seasoned investment professional, with 10 years' experience in investment banking before becoming involved in private equity and company start-ups.

He has worked across the United States and garnered experience in the New Zealand market when he was involved in the establishment of Telecom, New Zealand’s largest listed company. Brad has excellent relationship management experience and a strong bottom line focus.

North America is one of New Zealand’s most important trading and investment partners. North American and New Zealand businesses have formed profitable partnerships across many sectors, from agricultural technologies, to high value food and beverages, to aviation engineering. The United States is the second largest foreign investor in New Zealand, with current investments valued at over NZ$10bn.

The latest successful projects by U.S. investors in New Zealand include screen productions by Warner Brothers and Walden Media, and a number of biotechnology investments.
